Tyisha Cottman

Vice President Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development for Bank of Georgetown, Tyisha Cottman is responsible for new business development, customer account management, community outreach, and commercial lending.

Ms. Cottman has been a vice president with Bank of Georgetown since 2007 and has more than 10 years of experience in local banking. She helps customers make the most of their money through smart account management and best practices in financial services.

Prior to joining the Bank of Georgetown family, Ms. Cottman was assistant vice president and branch manager with Fidelity & Trust Bank in Washington, D.C. Before that, she held a variety of positions from teller to loan officer with BB&T, where she worked for more than eight years.

Ms. Cottman is an active member of the D.C. Chamber of Commerce and attended the University of the District of Columbia.
