Vice President of Commercial Lending

Josh Phillips' focus is on real estate lending, both commercial and multifamily, as well as corporate-based, non-real estate lending.

A native and lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. area, Mr. Phillips got his start in the banking industry in the Loan Servicing Department at Bethesda, MD-based Sequoia Bank before enrolling in graduate school at the University of Miami (Fla.). Upon his return to the area, he spent the next 6 years at Randall Hagner Ltd., a Washington, D.C.-based real estate firm, serving first as the Real Estate Analyst for the Mortgage Banking Department before becoming a Loan Officer responsible for debt placement.
